Pre-Payment

Dear patients, Please note that all appointments for Massage & Natural Medicine are confirmed with PRE PAYMENT at the time of booking with our front desk staff.

We accept cash, visa, master card and efpost for pre payment.

The full amount of the appointment fee will be charged at the booking time and a receipt will be printed and available for pick up at the centre. All visa numbers will be destroyed immediately after prepayment for your security.

Appointment changes or Cancellations

Please allow a courteous time of 24 hours for all appointment changes or cancellations or a full fee of the appointment will be charged. The centre will only rebook another appointment without charge for those patients effected by medical emergencies.

The centre will not accept any other reason for changing or cancellation within 24 hours.

Late massage patients will only receive the remaining massage time that�s left.

Please understand that the centre�s caring front desk staff an practitioners have been allocated to serve you, thus your commitment will be most helpful.
