About your consultation
On your initial consultation our practitioners will conduct a thorough health assessment to determine the cause and extent of your presenting condition. Then they will design and deliver an appropriate program to rapidly relieve your pain and restore the healthy function of your body. In your following consultations our practitioners will assess your progression, review your prescription, and then provide further treatments.
Our Healing Modalities
Depending on your condition, our practitioners can provide one or combine the following modalities to provide natural pain relief.
Acupuncture - an ancient and effective Chinese healing modality which offers drug free pain relief. Fine needles are carefully inserted into acupuncture points to stimulate the flow of energy called Qi through the body to provide pain relief. We only use disposable and TGA approved needles.
Glass Jar Cupping - is another Chinese healing modality, which employs therapeutic glass jars to create a vacuum, to increase blood flow and expel stagnant blood and toxins out of the body. This relieves pain and accelerates tissue healing.
Remedial Massage - is effective in dissolving stiff and painful areas by combining firm and comfortable techniques, such as trigger point release, cross-fiber friction and muscle stretching. This effectively releases spasmed muscles, eases pain, corrects joint alignment and mobility.
Holistic Rehabilitation Exercises / Courses enables patients to regain and maintain pain free healthy function of their mind and body. We have specialised programs to strengthen weak and injured muscles/tendons as well as lengthen contracted muscles/ tendons. Conscious breath work and guided meditation is included to aid in pain relief. Course times and fees available upon request.
Hatha Yogais a wonderful therapy for patients with low level pain. It rejuvenates and balances the mind and body. Our courses are taught in a nurturing space, where you can process and release overwhelming emotions or thoughts and dissolve physical tension.
Pain Relief through Cellular Repair
Herbal Medicineis an effective and natural approach to reducing inflammation, improving wound healing and relieving muscle or nerve pain. Herbal medicine assists in boosting energy levels and harmonising your nervous system, which aids in the repair of injured areas.
Nutritional Medicine - is scientifically proven to aid cellular repair of damaged tissue, thus relieving pain. We offer premium quality and TGA approved nutrients that can only be dispensed by qualified practitioners.
Diet Therapy - is a personalised, tasty, low allergy and inflammation reducing meal plan. It considers your ABO blood grouping, body type, age, stress levels, lifestyle and sporting performance. This is a sure way of eating your way to a pain free lifestyle.
